Døds Junior League
On Saturday February 21 and March 21, we invite young athletes to the Døds Junior League at Ankerskogen (Hamar, Norway).
This is a competition for junior divers, but also a low-threshold event for those who are curious and want to try dødsing for the very first time.
The winner of each competition qualifies directly for the Døds Diving League Tour 2026, a unique opportunity to perform on the big stage.
Who can participate?
All athletes born 2010 or later.
Schedule
13:30 – 14:30: Training
14:30 – 15:30: Athletes’ meeting
Athletes who do not attend the meeting cannot compete
15:30: Competition starts
16:30: Competition ends
17:00: Exit the swimming pool
All competing athletes have free entry.
Parents and guardians must pay regular entrance.

Round 2 – Classic Døds
From 7.5 m or 10 m
20 athletes
Final – Freestyle
From 10 m

Registration and parental approval will be handled through Liveheats.
The registration link will be shared during the week.

New to Døds?
This is a competition, but also a welcoming and safe introduction to dødsing.
Even if 7.5 m or 10 m sounds intimidating right now, you are more than welcome to join the training and compete in the first round.
You might surprise yourself.
