Become an Independent Team in the 2025 Døds World Tour!
DDL is now opening applications for Independent Teams in the 2025 season! This is your chance to secure one of the limited team spots and compete on the Døds World Tour as a team.
In 2025, we are introducing TEAMS and a new TEAM ranking alongside the individual ranking. Most TEAMS are commercially owned, paving the way for a professional league. Additionally, we will draft a few independent teams this year, giving independent athletes the opportunity to compete in the new TEAM ranking
The individual ranking will continue to function as before, determining qualification for the Døds World Championship and the Døds Word tour overall winner. However, as an Independent Team, you'll have the opportunity to compete against fully sponsored teams under the same sporting conditions.
This is your chance to prove yourself, attract sponsors for 2026, and potentially advance to a fully sponsored team next season if you achieve strong results.
Requirements for Independent Teams in 2025:
- The team must participate in at least 3 Døds World Tour events
- Both team members must be at least 17 years old in 2025 or older
- The team is responsible for securing its own sponsor or covering travel expenses
- NOK 10,000 administrative fee to DDL (allocated exclusively for professional team photos and for team implementation in TV broadcast, social media and website
