Parties
The seller is International Døds Federation AS, Henrichsens gate 1, 0169 Oslo Norway, post@dodsdivingleague.com, +47 90738671, org. nr.: 914769906 , and is hereinafter referred to as the seller.
The buyer is the consumer who makes the order and is referred to in the following as the buyer/buyer.
Ordering & Payment
When placing an order, the full order amount is reserved on your account. The payment is debited from your card when the order is dispatched. All buyers paying by card are subject to validation checks. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
Credit Card
When paying by card, you have the option to choose between Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX. Your payment amount will be reserved at the time of booking, but it will only be debited from your account once the product is packed and sent.
Your payment will be processed securely by Stripe and payment pages are encrypted with SSL, ensuring that all card details are protected during transmission over the internet. This means that your credit card number, name, and address remain unreadable by anyone other than you.
VIPPS
Norwegian costumers can pay using Vipps.
VAT
If you are located in Norway prices are shown including Norwegian VAT of 25%.
If you are visiting our website or shop from outside Norway there is no VAT on the prices.
Taxes and Duties
For all countries outside Norway you will most likely receive an invoice from DHL with import taxes, duties and documentation.
Shipping
All orders are processed at our distribution center in Oslo, Norway, usually within 1-3 business days, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Norwegian public holidays.
Delivery time
Norway: 1-3 days
Europe: 2-5 days
Rest of the world: 2-7 days
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from dodsdivingleaguen.com. Package the item well and return it to the following address:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for another item, send us an email at post@dodsfederation.com and send your item to:

When receiving the item, we will refund your purchase (not the shipping cost) and you can place a new order.
Right to Cancel
You may cancel the order in accordance with the Cancellation Act. You must inform us that you will exercise this right within 14 days after the start of the cancellation period which starts on the day after your purchase is delivered to you. This time limit includes all calendar days. If the period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the period will be extended until the next business day.
The deadline to exercise your right to cancel will be seen as met if notice is sent before the end of the cancellation period. You have the burden of proof for demonstrating that the right has been asserted, and notice must therefore be submitted in writing (via the cancellation form, email, or letter).
The cancellation period will be extended to 12 months after the end of the original period should the Døds Federation not inform you of the right to cancel and the standard cancellation form before the conclusion of the contract. This will also apply if the information on terms and conditions, time limits, and procedures for exercising the right to cancel are insufficient. However, if the Døds Federation gives this information during these 12 months, the cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you received the information.
When the right to cancel is exercised, the goods must be returned to the Døds Federation (address in the returns section) within a reasonable amount of time and no later than 14 days after notice has been given on the intention to exercise the right. The buyer must cover the direct costs associated with returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
The Døds Federation is obligated to pay back the purchase sum to you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we received notice on your decision to exercise the right to cancel. We have the right to retain the repayment until we have received the goods, or until you have documented that the goods have been sent back.
Unclaimed Packets
If we receive packages from a buyer/recipient who has failed to pick up the package sent them by, we reserve the right to charge the buyer for all the costs incurred in such return + a handling cost of 30 EUR / 300 NOK.
Conflict Resolution
Claims must be directed to the Seller within a reasonable time frame in accordance with our policy above. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes out of court. If this is not successful, the Purchaser may contact the Consumer Council of Norway for mediation. The Consumer Council may be reached on (+47) 23 400 500 or at www.forbrukerradet.no
